Compensatory mechanisms between ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) and autophagy catabolic pathways
My research is focusing on regulations of UPS and autophagy by the interplays of p97/VCP, PP2A, SIK2, CaMK1 and PME-1. Other proteins such as AMPK, JNK, mTOR, SREBP, HDAC6, Hsp90, p62/SQSTM1, PKCand ataxin-3 are also included in these studies.
